[origin: EP1500342A1] The shoe has a closing and locking device comprising an orientable hooking unit (20) linked to the shoe by a link (11). The link is connected to the shoe at one of its end through a shackle (8) connected to the shoe by a link (9) connected to the unit (20) by a link (10). One of the links has a degree of freedom for translation authorizing orientation of the hooking unit.
