Abstract (en)
In a procedure of reeling a reeled object (1) to a reeling member (2), a rotating amount (R1) of the reeling member (2) in a reel direction from reel start to reel end of the reeled object (1) and a reel length (L1) of the reeled object (1) in correspondence with the rotating amount (R1) are stored as reel information (D) inherent to the reeling member (2), and in a procedure of utilizing the reeled object (1) while reeling off the reeling member (2), a rotating amount (R2) of the reeling member (2) is detected and a reel off length (L2) of the reeled object (1) relative to the rotating amount (R2) in a reel off direction is calculated from the detected rotating amount (R2) and the reel information (D). <IMAGE>
