Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03095326A1] The present invention relates to a safety closure device (1) for bottles (2) and the like, provided with a tamper optical indicator, characterised in that it contains at least one disk member (40) which is transversal with respect to a cap (4), where said disk member (40) exhibits on its upper surface (41) at least one projection (43) and coupling means (39, 50) on its lower surface (42). Breakable container means (19) containing substances capable of changing the conditions of the visible zone through a transparent portion (20, 21) of the cap (4) is provided between the projection (43) of the upper surface of the disk member (40). In particular, the coupling means (39; 50) determines a relative movement between he disk member (40) and the breakable container means (19) when a user unscrews the cap (4) so as to cause the penetration between the projection (43) and the container means.
