[origin: FR2839359A1] The continuous water cooler for bakery dough making operates directly on the water tank (4) and has a first circuit (7) with a first coil (9) adjacent to the wall of the tank and under the water level to form a bank of ice. A second circuit (8) has a second coil (13) offset axially and with one end adjacent to an end of the first coil. The second coil has a double coaxial coil carrying the water to be cooled.
