[origin: EP1502765A1] A method for producing a booklet, in particular, an identity booklet with a cover (23), several leaves (31) and at least one data page (27) with a flexible layer (7) involves provision of this layer with means which further strengthen its joint with a data carrier (18). Independent claims are also included for (a) a data page produced by the proposed method; and (b) a booklet incorporating the claimed data page.
