Abstract (en)

Strip conductors (SC) (7) are later attached to a ready-formed rotor and have conductive layers/foils, e.g. copper foils. The SC surface is flush with that of the rotor. The SC have copper foil applied according to a hot-stamped foil process. Two mechanical stop elements (4.1,4.2) fit off-set on the rotor in an axial direction. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a rotor for an encoding switch.

Ein Rotor (1) für einen Codierschalter ist mit Leiterbahnen (7) versehen, die derart auf einer Oberfläche des Rotors (1) ausgebildet sind, dass die Leiterbahnen eine gewünschte Codierung festlegen, wobei die Leiterbahnen eine oder mehrere leitende Schichten oder Folien umfassen, die nachträglich auf den bereits geformten Rotor (1) aufgebracht sind. <IMAGE>
