[origin: EP1505220A2] An adjustable seal for fitting between window frames and the panes has two outer sealing profiles (7, 8) linked by a central mounting profile (10) via folded profiles (11) which can be pulled apart to vary the spacing of the outer sealing strips. This enables the user to apply the seals to any width of window frame, and to secure the seal by screws through the centre of the support profile. The screws also secure outer clamping profiles, with integral sealing strips, onto the outside of the window. The outer clamping profiles can be metal or plastic.
