The spray unit has a pipe (1) and nozzle (3) held by a ring-shaped adapter (6) made of a pliable plastics or similar material pressed into the opening (2) in the pipe wall so that one end projects inside the pipe where it is widened out by a nozzle module (3) inserted in the adapter and pressed tight against the pipe wall. Independent claim describes dismantling tool comprising a fork with two arms running parallel to each other but becoming taller towards the common connecting end. The fork is inserted to remove the worn nozzle or adapter for replacement.
Abstract (de)
Beschrieben wir eine Sprühanordnung mit mindestens einem Rohr zur Führung des zu versprühenden Mediums, in das mindestens eines Sprühdüse (3) dicht eingesetzt ist. Die Sprühdüse (3) ist dabei als ein Düsenmodul ausgeführt, der in einen Adapter (6) aus nachgiebigem Material, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, eingeführt wird. Der Adapter selbst wird vorher in eine Öffnung (2) des Rohres eingesetzt, wobei der Düsenmodul (3) aus Metall bestehen kann und durch den Adapter dicht im Rohr gehalten wird. Diese Ausführungsform erlaubt den einfachen Einbau einer Sprühduse in eine Rohröffnung, ohne dass bei auftretendem Verschleiß die gesamt Düse weggeworfen werden muss. <IMAGE>
