Abstract (en)
The plate (1,3) is given a corrugation extending at angles to its edges, with a constant angle of slope. At least one plate edge section is subjected to a forming process using a die-shaped forming tool (6), which is alternately placed on/removed from the section. A similar forming tool (2) or one or more profiled rollers are used to form the corrugations. Within the edge section, the corrugations are formed to have an angle of inclination which is larger towards the edge (4) next to the section, than the constant corrugation angle before forming.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer profilierten Folie, wobei die Folie mit einer Wellung versehen wird, die schräg zu den Rändern der Folie verläuft und einen im Wesentlichen konstanten Neigungswinkel besitzt. Zumindest ein Randbereich der Folie wird mittels eines stempelförmigen Umformwerkzeuges (6) umgeformt, welches abwechselnd mit dem Randbereich in Kontakt gebracht und von dem Randbereich entfernt wird. <IMAGE>
