Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1506843A1] The chuck device has a hexagonal socket (2) for bits (3), with a radially moveable bolt (4) to engage into an aperture of the bit. The bolt is esp. spherical (18), and in a rest position relative to its radial position, it is fixed by a cylindrical holder wall (12) of a bolt sleeve (13). In axial insert direction (6) of the bit, the bolt is moved into a retention position for a radial movement. The bolt is esp. moved against the force of a pressure spring (7) enclosing the hexagonal socket. The chuck device is mounted on a tool shaft (19) of esp. a hand-held dill etc., and is integrated in the end face of the shaft.
