[origin: WO03098139A1] The invention relates to a pasta dryer comprising a conveyor belt for conveying and delivering dried pasta, said conveyor belt being configured as a continuous conveyor. To operate more efficiently, the conveyor belt has delivery table (6) in the vicinity of the idler (5), said table comprising an attached fixed or sliding product collection tray (8). The reinforcement elements (3) of the conveyor belt (1) are preferably S-shaped.
