Abstract (en)
The connecting bolts for the side-plates (10, 11) in the chain (8) for driving the roller bars (5) for supporting the press belts against press plates are formed by bearing sleeves (12) for the bolts (7) acting as bearings for the bars. A degree of play (S) is present between the sleeves and bearing bolts. The press comprises upper and lower parts each containing an endless steel belt supported against a press plate by roller bars. The chains comprise overlapping inner and outer side-plates connected via bolts.

Es handelt es sich um eine kontinuierliche Presse mit umlaufenden Rollstabketten für endlose Stahlpressbänder. Diese Rollstabketten weisen Rollstäbe (5) auf, die mit vorgegebenem Bewegungsspiel an Laschenketten (8) mit Laschenverbindungsbolzen angeschlossen sind. Die Laschenverbindungsbolzen sind als Lagerhülsen für die Rollstablagerbolzen (7) ausgebildet. Die Rollstablagerbolzen (7) sind unter Bildung des vorgegebenen Bewegungsspiels in den Lagerhülsen (12) gelagert. Im Ergebnis werden Rollstabketten mit lediglich einer einzigen Führungsebene verwirklicht. <IMAGE>
