[origin: WO03102381A1] The invention relates to a device for effecting the relative angular adjustment between two rotating, drive-connected elements that are connected via a transmission element. Said transmission element comprises a setting shaft, is acted upon by a rotor of an electric actuator and, by altering its position relative to the rotating elements, enables the relative angular position of these rotating elements to be altered. The aim of the invention is to design a device for effecting the relative angular adjustment between two rotating elements in which the actuator has a low electrical power consumption, and the device has a reliable emergency operation. To this end, the invention provides that the setting shaft can be actively connected to at least one of the rotating elements.
