Abstract (en)
The device has a building with a ground-floor including an entrance or exit, and a reception cell (28) for receiving a towline supporting ship. Moving units (38) dynamically move the cell vertically and horizontally in the building. An automaton (46) is accessible externally for controlling the moving units to bring the reception cell to the right of the entrance or exit of the ground-floor.
