Abstract (en)
[origin: WO03099567A1] The invention relates to an inking system (3) of a flexographic printing press that comprises a pattern roller (10) and a printing roller (20). Inking systems of the aforementioned type normally comprise adjusting devices (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25) with which (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25) the positions of the two rollers (10, 20) involved in the transport of ink towards the counter roller (1) and the positions of the two rollers (10, 20) involved in the transport of ink relative each other can be adjusted by displacing bearing blocks (15, 25) in which the arbors of the two rollers (10, 20) involved in the transport of ink are mounted. The force required to adjust the position of the two rollers (10, 20) involved in the transport of ink is made available by motors (11, 21) that rotate spindles (12, 22) that extend through nuts that are non-rotationally mounted in the bearing blocks (15, 25). The invention is especially characterized in that all motors (11, 21) are mounted on the machine frame (2) on that side of the two rollers (10, 20) involved in the transport of ink that faces the counter-roller (1).
