[origin: WO03107527A2] The invention relates to a plumbing system for supplying living modules with cold and warm water. Said plumbing system encompasses a central distribution armature (1) comprising a cold water supply connection (2), a warm water supply connection (3), and a mixed water discharge connection (4), and a mixing device by means of which cold water, warm water, or mixed water containing cold water and warm water is fed to the mixed water discharge connection (4). The inventive plumbing system comprises only one leg (5) of a water-conducting pipe which is connected to the mixed water discharge connection (4) and leads to individual decentralized dispensing locations (6) in the living module. Each dispensing location (6) is formed by a dispensing valve or a simple outlet armature comprising a stop cock and is provided with a remote control unit (7), or a remote control unit (7) is arranged near each dispensing location (6). The mixing device of the central distribution armature (1) can be controlled from a distance in a wireless or wired electrical or in a mechanical manner by means of said remote control unit (7). The inventive plumbing system supplies water by using a small amount of material and simple armatures.
