Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2840891A1] The self-propelled torpedo has a wire connection to the launching submarine. A cable is provided between the two, and this is unwound from a winder (2). The winder is separate from the two mobile elements (1, 7) and includes a stabilizing system. The system includes a self-propelled torpedo with a wire connection to the launching submarine. These are linked by a wire for communication of instructions and information reports. The device for unwinding the wire (8) between the two mobile elements (1,7) operating in a fluid, comprises one or two reels housed in a winder (2). The winder is capable of being dissociated from the two mobile elements (1, 7) and includes a stabilizing system for moving the reeling point away from the launching mobile element (7). The stabilizing system includes a keel (17) combined with a fixed plate.
