Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1512359A1] The device has a bar (14) formed on a lateral edge (4c) of an end flange (4b) and comprising a lower profile (14b) for receiving a hook (15f) of a lever (15). A rim (12) formed on a lower flange (3) co-operates with the hook based on operation phases during rotation of a drum, where the rim has non-circular profile. The lever has two spouts (15a, 15b) cooperating with respective spouts (10b, 10c) based on the phases.
