Abstract (en)
The printing method applies printed markings to an article moved along a transport direction at a given speed using a printing mechanism. The printed markings are applied by at least one ink jet printer cartridge of the printing mechanism. Preferably, several cartridges are provided along the direction of movement of the article. The cartridges are preferably control by a control unit such as a computer. Independent claims also cover a printing mechanism for carrying out the method.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein Druckwerk (23) zum Aufbringen von Druckmarken (60) auf einen längs einer Transportrichtung mit einer vorbestimmten Fördergeschwindigkeit geförderten Artikel (21) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Umhüllungsstreifen, vorzugsweise Zigarettenpapierstreifen. Das Verfahren wird dadurch weitergebildet, dass die Druckmarken (60) mittels wenigstens einer Tintenstrahldruckerpatrone (55.1 - 55.3) des Druckwerks (23) aufgebracht werden. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Zigarettenstrangmaschine oder Filteransetzmaschine. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung eine Verwendung wenigstens einer Tintenstrahldruckerpatrone. <IMAGE>
