Abstract (en)
The device has an internal gas passage that passes through a body (1) and connects two orifices (4, 5). A damper filter is arranged in the internal gas passage. A thrust nut (6) that is formed integral with the body rotates freely around an axis of the body. The thrust nut has an upstream portion (7) that cooperates with a part of the body and is retained on the body. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an application of a safety device (b) a method of manufacturing a safety device.

L'invention est un dispositif de sécurité de type anti-retour pare-flamme comprenant un corps (1) traversé par un passage de gaz (2) interne reliant un premier orifice (4) à un second orifice (5), des moyens de sécurité agencés sur le passage de gaz (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, une bague-écrou (6) non-dissociable dudit corps (1) et libre en rotation autour de l'axe du corps (1), ladite bague-écrou (6) comportant une portion amont (7) resserrée en direction du corps (1) par déformation mécanique, ladite bague-écrou (6) étant retenue sur ledit corps (1) par coopération de ladite portion amont (7) resserrée avec au moins une partie du corps (1). Procédé de fabrication d'un tel dispositif. Utilisation de ce dispositif en liaison avec un chalumeau de soudage, une canalisation de gaz ou analogue. <IMAGE>
