The method involves passing an emergency request simultaneously to several persons from a first escalation stage of the emergency service, notifying the other persons of the escalation stage if one person confirms acceptance of the emergency and sending the emergency request to a person of another escalation stage if there is no emergency acceptance confirmation .

Die vorliegende Erfindung hat ein Verfahren zur Aktivierung eines Einsatzdienstes mit mehreren Eskalationsstufen zum Gegenstand. Dabei wird eine Aufforderung an mehrere Personen einer Eskalationsstufe gleichzeitig geschickt. Sobald eine dieser Personen zusagt, wird an die anderen bereits aufgeforderten Personen derselben Eskalationsstufe eine Entwarnung durchgegeben. Falls keine Person innerhalb einer vorgegebene Frist zusagt, wird die nächsthöhere Eskalationsstufe avisiert. <IMAGE>
