[origin: WO03107634A1] The invention relates to a method for entering text in a communication terminal comprising a display device, at least two key functions, and a speech recognizer. Speech recognition is triggered by means of the first key function, and an n-optimal list of the recognized and evaluated entry is represented on the display device as a result. A selection is made from the n-optimal list by means of the second key function, and the selected entry is transferred into a text by means of the first key function or an additional key function.
