Abstract (en)
The toe protection cap is provided by a single shaped metal piece which encloses the front part of the foot, the curved part extending over the top and sides of the foot being strengthened by an inner reinforcement (3), extending as far as the lower edge of the shaped metal piece. The thickness (H) of the reinforcement reduces continuously from the centre (4) of the shaped metal piece to either side.

Zehenschutzkappe für Sicherheitsschuhe oder -stiefel, bestehend aus einem einteiligen Formstück (1) aus Metall, das den Vorfuß umschließt und in den oberhalb und seitlich des Vorfußes angeordneten Bereichen durch zumindest eine sich quer zur Längsrichtung erstreckende, durchgehend ausgebildete Sicke (3) verstärkt ist, die sich bis zum unteren Rand des Formstücks erstreckt, wobei die Sicke (3), von der Mitte des Formstücks (1) ausgehend, eine beiderseits abnehmende Tiefe H hat. <IMAGE>
