Abstract (en)

In a textile process a continuous feed of thread is cross-wound onto a spool, to which it surrendered by a thread guide with a back and forth sweeping action. The variable sweep action is controlled independently of the spool drive and determines the width to which the thread is laid out. Some layers of yarn differ in width from others. The diamond lay-up is closed.

Abstract (de)

Bei der Herstellung der Kreuzspule wird der auf die Kreuzspule auflaufende Faden mittels eines Fadenführers einer Changierbewegung unterworfen, die unabhängig vom Antrieb der Kreuzspule steuerbar ist und die Verlegebreite bestimmt. Die Verlegebreite ist dabei veränderbar. Ein Teil der Garnlagen unterscheidet sich in ihrer Breite von den übrigen. Die Rauten der Garnlagen sind jeweils geschlossen. Die Erfindung ist an Spulstellen von Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschinen einsetzbar und verbessert die Packungsdichte, Homogenität und Ablaufeigenschaften der Kreuzspulen. <IMAGE>
