Abstract (en)
The suspension unit has a rigid crosspiece (3) and an elastically deformable tubular body that extends above and along entire length of the crosspiece such that a longitudinal axis of the body is extended parallel to that of the crosspiece. The body has a support surface (5) for a cushion, and lateral elastic suspension flanks extend from a lug that used to fix the body to the crosspiece.

L'invention concerne un élément (2) de suspension destiné à s'étendre entre les longerons (1) d'un cadre de sommier ou de lit en vue de supporter un matelas. Cet élément (2) de suspension est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une traverse (3) rigide support et d'un corps tubulaire élastiquement déformable surmontant la traverse (3), ce corps présentant une surface (5) d'appui pour le matelas, des flancs latéraux à fonction de suspension élastique, ces flancs étant prolongés d'un talon servant à la fixation du corps à la traverse (3). <IMAGE>
