Abstract (en)
The permanently joined glass panels (1, 2) of a shower cubicle, which can be additionally fitted with a swivel mounted or sliding door, are attached to each other with their edges touching in a miter- or butt joint fashion. None of the panels (1, 2) is framed. The seam is created by a layer of an appropriate transparent glue (3) covered with an also transparent and fungus resistant material (4) on the inner surface. Each of the edges of the panels (1, 2) is chamfered (1a, 2a).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Eckverbindung einer mindestens zwei starre Glasscheiben (1, 2) umfassenden Duschabtrennung, wobei die Glasscheiben (1, 2) unter einem mindestens 90° betragenden Winkel angeordnet sind. Um eine preiswerte Eckverbindung zu schaffen, die einfach sauber gehalten werden kann, sind die rahmenlosen Glasscheiben (1, 2) unmittelbar miteinander verklebt. <IMAGE>
