Abstract (en)

The device (1) which is especially a reel-spool storage station, has a winding reel (3) driven by a drive unit (7) and has a cutting device (11) for removal of the roll of material web (6). The winding reel produces a rotational movement for the rolling off of the roll, and the winding reel and the cutting device are movable in relation to one another in a traversing direction. The cutting device has a first cutter (12) and a slide element connected to a second cutter. An independent claim is included for a method for the removal of a roll of material web from a winding reel especially in a reel-spool storage station in which a cutting device is set against the generated surface at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the winding reel and the roll is cut through by the cutting device in ring form.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (1 ), insbesondere eine Tambourablagestation, mit einem Wickeltambour (3), der einen mit einem Wickel einer Materialbahn (6) bewickelten Wickelkern (4) umfasst, wobei der Wickeltambour (3) durch eine Antriebseinrichtung (7, 10) antreibbar ist, und mit mindestens einer ein Schneidelement aufweisenden Schneideinrichtung (11) zum Entfernen des Wickels der Materialbahn (6), wobei der Wickeltambour (3) eine Drehbewegung zum Abrollen des Wickels vollzieht und der Wickeltambour (3) sowie die mindestens eine Schneideinrichtung (11) in Traversierrichtung relativ zu einander bewegbar sind. <IMAGE>
