[origin: EP1516847A2] The device for connecting a lift car door to a shaft door has a driving component (1) installed on the lift car door and equipped with rails (6, 9) which together with rollers installed on the freight releasably connect the lift car door to the shaft door. Levers are pivot-connected to one end of rotatably mounted parallel levers (4, 5) and connected by their short arm to one of the rails of the driving component, whereby the movement of the parallel levers and the movement of the rail is transmitted to a first locking mechanism.
