Abstract (en)
In security element, having opaque layer(s) with partly or completely colored, (un)connected gaps on a transparent or translucent substrate, the gaps appear colored in transmitted light after applying printing ink containing solvent-soluble dye and then removing this ink with a suitable solvent, the color being obtained by partly dyeing the previously colorless, transparent substrate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) film material comprising the above opaque layer(s) with gaps and substrate film; (2) methods for production of the security element comprising application of the partial opaque coating and then the printing ink containing dye in a suitable solvent, followed by removal of this ink with a suitable solvent, optionally combined with mechanical treatment, and dyeing the substrate in the areas of the gaps in the opaque layer by migration of the dye present in the printing ink. The opaque coating and printing ink are applied by spin coating, spreading, vapor deposition, printing (gravure, flexographic, screen, offset or digital printing etc.), spraying, sputtering or roll application.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sicherheitselement, das auf einem transparenten oder transluzenten Trägersubstrat mindestens eine opake Schicht mit zusammenhängenden oder nicht zusammenhängenden Aussparungen aufweist, wobei die Aussparungen partiell oder vollflächig färbig erscheinen, wobei die A ussparungen nach dem Aufbringen einer in einem Lösungsmittel löslichen mit Farbstoffen angereicherten Druckfarbe und anschließendem Entfemen dieser Druckfarbe mit einem entsprechenden Lösungsmittel im Durchlicht farbig erscheinen, wobei die Färbung durch die dadurch erfolgende partielle Einfärbung des vorerst farblosen transparenten Trägersubstrats erzielt wird.
