The pressure control valve (5) in the outlet line (3) is preceded by a upstream bypass line (4) connected to the feed line (2) or directly to the input side of the mixer (1). The coloring mixture is returned via the bypass to the mixer for further homogenization. Resultant mixing is a function of pump power and back pressure in the bypass line. A measurement controller (6) determines outlet line and bypass line pressures. Back pressures are 0.5-5 bar, preferably 2-3 bar. Back pressure controls coating. Thickener and further additives are included before mixing. A thin film curtain coater (16) applies the color in free fall, to the card or paper web. An independent claim is included for the corresponding method.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mischsystem, bestehend aus einer Mischvorrichtung (1) mit Zulauf- (2) und Ablaufleitung (3), wobei in der Ablaufleitung (3) ein Druckregelventil (5) angeordnet ist und die Ablaufleitung (3) vor dem Druckregelventil (5) über eine Bypassleitung (4) mit der Zulaufleitung (2) verbunden ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton, bei dem eine Streichfarbe, insbesondere unter Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Mischsystems auf eine Papier- oder Kartonbahn aufgetragen wird. <IMAGE>
