Abstract (en)
The device has jet nozzles (1a-4a, 1b-4b) for receiving a coolant under pressure. The nozzles (1a-4a) are integrated to a common supply manifold (5a) with which a rigid assembly (6a) is formed. The manifold is associated to a connecting unit (7a) for its hydraulic connection with a coolant feed system provided in an engine. The rigid assembly is associated to a fixing unit for being fixed directly to an engine block. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine comprising a cooling device.

Un dispositif de refroidissement selon l'invention comprend au moins une rampe d'alimentation commune (5a) portant une série de gicleurs (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) en formant un ensemble mécaniquement rigide (6a), avec des moyens de fixation (61, 62, 63) pour la fixation dans le moteur, et avec des moyens de connexion hydraulique (7a) pour la connexion hydraulique à un circuit d'alimentation prévu dans le moteur. L'ensemble mécaniquement rigide (6a) se fixe dans le bloc-moteur, depuis la face inférieure, les pattes de fixation (61-63) se fixant sur des zones facilement accessibles du bloc-moteur avant adaptation du carter inférieur. Les moyens de connexion (7a) se fixent dans le carter inférieur, et se connectent en sortie du filtre à huile par un clapet commun (22). On peut ainsi adapter un dispositif de refroidissement pour pistons de moteur à combustion interne, sans avoir à modifier la structure du bloc-moteur. <IMAGE>
