[origin: WO2004001910A1] The invention relates to a connector arrangement with a first (1) and a second (2) housing, each housing a plug (3) or socket (4) arrangement and which may be brought together by means of a cross-slider (6) with slide ramps (7a, 7b) which is operated by means of a pivot lever (5) mounted on a housing. All slide grooves or ramps (7a, 7b, 8) and the bearing for the pivot lever are open in the direction of plugging in to permit insertion of the relevant slide or glide blocks.
