A printing press has a rotating drum (02) on a concentric shaft (09). The drum has a load-bearing mantle layer (07) within a carbon fibre outer sleeve (06). The drum end has a concentric aperture that receives a metal trunnion (04).

Ein Rotationskörper einer Arbeitsmaschine weist einen zylindrischen Außenkörper (02) und eine im Außenkörper (02) konzentrisch angeordnete zentrale Welle (09) auf, wobei die Welle (09) und zumindest die tragende Schicht (07) einer Hülle (06) des Außenkörpers (02) aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sind. In die stirnseitigen Enden der als Hohlwelle (09) ausgebildeten Welle (09) greift jeweils ein metallischer Zapfen (04) ein. <IMAGE>
