An assembly (1) mixes the components of a liquid coating agent and has a mixing stage (2) and a gas removal stage (3). The first mixing stage has a continually operated mixer (21). Also claimed is a mixing process with a first mixing stage, a de-gassing stage and a second mixing stage. The printing ink contains pigments in aqueous dispersion, binding agents, a thickening agent and further additives. Also claimed is a process to apply a colored coating to a paper or carton web.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Streichfarbenaufbereitung (1) einer aus mehreren Komponenten zusammengesetzten Streichfarbe, zumindest bestehend aus einer ersten Mischstufe (2) und einer Entgasungsvorrichtung (3), wobei als erste Mischstufe zumindest ein kontinuierliches Mischaggregat (21) zur Mischung der Streichfarbenkomponenten vor der Entgasungsvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Streichfarbe mit einer ersten Mischstufe, einer Entgasungsvorrichtung, zumindest einer zweiten Mischstufe, wobei die Streichfarbe Pigmente in wässriger Dispersion, Bindemittel und zumindest einen Verdicker und weitere Additive enthält, und wobei - unter Verwendung zumindest eines kontinuierlichen Mischaggregats (21) als erste Mischstufe (2) eine wässrige PigmentDispersion mit Bindemittel und weiteren Additiven hergestellt wird, und - darauf folgend die Dispersion einer Entgasung unterzogen wird.
