A strip shaped damping profile (1) for dynamically loaded profiles, esp rails (7) and/or foot plates (14), consists of an elastic material which is insulated against sound and/or electricity. The profile has longitudinal parallel slots (2) which have a cross section that narrows towards the open side. The profile consists of a vulcanised rubber mixture, eg based on styrol butadiene rubber and/or natural rubber. A strip shaped damping profile (1) for dynamically loaded profiles, esp rails (7) and/or foot plates (14), consists of an elastic material which is insulated against sound and/or electricity. The profile has longitudinal parallel slots (2) which have a cross section that narrows towards the open side. The profile consists of a vulcanised rubber mixture, eg based on styrol butadiene rubber and/or natural rubber. Hollow chambers (4) are located between the slots.
Abstract (de)
Ein streifenförmiges Dämpfungsprofil (1) für dynamisch belastete Profile, insbesondere für Schienen oder für Rillenschienen (7) und/oder für Fußplatten (14) für derartige Schienen besteht aus einem gegen Schall und/oder Elektrizität isolierenden elastischen Werkstoff. Dieses Dämpfungsprofil (1) hat in seiner Längsrichtung parallel zueinander verlaufende, zumindest nach einer Seite offene Schlitze (2), deren Querschnitt sich in Richtung von der offenen Seite weg verengt oder verjüngt, dass heißt deren Querschnitt an der offenen Seite bevorzugt am größten ist. Dadurch kann dieses Dämpfungsprofil (1) auf einfache Weise an unterschiedliche Abmessungen von Querschnitten von Schienen oder Profilen oder auch sonstigen Teilen angepasst und außenseitig angelenkt werden, wobei sich die Schlitze je nach Krümmung des Querschnitts der Schiene oder des Profils stärker öffnen oder schließen können. <IMAGE>
