[origin: EP1520798A1] The device has a closing unit (6) fixed on a container (2) for closing a space (5) communicating with a space (3) that is filled with liquid product (P). A closing unit (20) and container body (8) are arranged such that the fitting of the unit (20) in the space (3) by turning the container upside down generates a high pressure. The high pressure forces the product to flow into the space (5) for soaking an applicator (4). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabrication of a packaging device and application of a product.
