Abstract (en)
To increase the productivity of a bobbin winder, where the yarn (F) is drawn from a cop (2) by a take-off (5) to be passed to a reciprocating yarn guide (12) at the bobbin (10), a control value for the yarn feed speed is derived from the yarn tension. Data are established for the random swings in the yarn tension according to the position of the yarn guide, to be taken into account for the control value. The data include the amplitude and/or duration of the yarn tension shifts, to give upper and lower thresholds, for the bobbin spindle control (17) to increase and reduce the bobbin carrier (9) rotary speed as required and also set the control (18) for the yarn take-off motor (4) from the cop. A sensor (6) registers the yarn tension, and also shows yarn breaks.

Auf einer Textilmaschine, auf welcher der Faden (F) durch eine Fadenlieferung (5) von einem Vorrat (2) abgezogen und einer einen Fadenführer (12) aufweisenden Fadenverlegung (11) zugeführt wird, wird aus der Fadenspannung eine Regelgrösse für die Geschwindigkeit des Fadens (F) gewonnen. Zu diesem Zweck werden Informationen über die stochastischen Schwankungen der Fadenspannung erfasst und für die genannte Regelgrösse berücksichtigt. Die genannten Informationen enthalten Daten über die Amplitude und/oder die Dauer der stochastischen Schwankungen der Fadenspannung. Es wird für die Schwankungen der Fadenspannung eine untere und eine obere Grenze vorgegeben, und die Spulgeschwindigkeit wird bei Unterschreiten der unteren Schwelle stufenweise erhöht und bei Überschreiten der oberen Schwelle stufenweise reduziert. <IMAGE>
