[origin: WO2004006714A1] The invention relates to an epilator comprising a rotating cylinder (1) which is rotated about its axis (2). Gripping devices (7) for gripping and extracting hairs are arranged on the circumference of said rotating cylinder in such a way that they are staggered in the circumferential direction.
