[origin: WO2004008420A1] The invention relates to a safety lock which is essentially composed of retaining means (2) which are inserted in a preferably hollow or shell-type housing (1). The shackle (3), when closed, is nondetachably locked with the retaining means (2) by snap-in means (4, 7, 8, 5, 9, 10) and the safety lock cannot be opened without destroying it at the same time. Preferably, the retaining means (2) cover an insertion channel (16) which receives characterizing elements such as label plates (18), so that these label plates (18), too, cannot be separated from the safety lock without destroying them.
