[origin: WO2004017453A1] The inventive phase shifter comprises two dielectric plates which are arranged in such a way that they are movable in a selected direction inside a metallic box and clamp a main metallic segment in order to form a dephasing cell whose terminals (E, S) are situated on the extremities thereof. Said main segment is provided with two conductive sections (T1, T2) which are arranged in parallel to each other, transversally and longitudinally spaced from each other with respect to the selected direction and provided with a conductive link (T3). The dielectric plates are provided with orifices which determine mobile windows (f1, f2), detecting in a variable manner the sections (T1, T2) according to the motion of the dielectric plates in the box, thereby concomitantly modifying the phase shift between the terminals of the cell. Said phase shifter is used, in particular for an antenna network with nondirectional beam.
