Abstract (en)
A textile industry assembly winds a thread onto a spool (2) which is then released from the winder unit (1) for onward transport. the spool is raised by an overhead lift system (27) to a grip unit which is supported by the overhead rail (5) and powered. The rail-mounted sliding unit (7) moves on rollers and is advanced by an electric motor. The lift unit grips are applied by spring-operation and are subsequently released by pneumatic or electrical energy. When the spool is raised to maximum height, the grip is located in line with the mid-point of the spool lifting unit (7). The lift/transport motive power is supplied by electrical or pneumatic power connected either to the rail unit or spool lift/transport unit.

Die Vorrichtung zum Abtransport von vor einem Spulenwickler abgelegten Spulen (2) weist eine Fahreinheit (7), eine Greifereinheit (30) und zwei Greifschenkel (31) auf. Die Fahreinheit (7) umfasst einen E-Motor (12) und zwei sich an einem Schienenstrang (5) abwälzende Antriebsrollen (17). Die Greifschenkel (31) sind durch mechanische Federn an eine Spule (2) anlegbar und durch pneumatische oder elektrische Energie abhebbar. In angehobener Position ist die Greifereinheit (30) in der Fahreinheit (7) lagezentriert. Die Versorgungsleitungen zur Fahreinheit (7) und zur Greifereinheit (30) sind flexibel ausgebildet und erstrecken sich zwischen einem Ende des Schienenstrangs (5) sowie der Fahreinheit (7). <IMAGE>
