Abstract (en)
Extractor hood (20) for extracting cooking smells/vapors comprises an extraction surface (22) through which the smells/vapors from the cooking area flow. Slats (10) provided in the region of the extraction surface define during operation of the extractor hood one or more passages through which the smells/vapors enter the extraction surface. Preferred Features: The slats are made of plastic, sheet metal, aluminum, high-grade steel or a combination of these materials.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Dunstabzugshaube zur Absaugung von Kochdünsten mit einer Absaugfläche, durch die die von einem Kochfeld ausgehenden Dünste strömen. Im Bereich der Absaugfläche sind Lamellen vorgesehen, die in wenigstens einem Betriebszustand der Dunstabzugshaube einen oder mehrere zwischen diesen angeordnete Durchtrittsräume begrenzen, durch die Dünste in die Absaugfläche eintreten. <IMAGE>
