[origin: WO2004009929A1] The invention consists in applying a reinforcing section (12) onto the ribs (5) or in other zones of the outer side (4) of an insulating panel (1), so as to fix it integrally onto the latter. This allows the structure of the panel to be stiffened considerably without increasing the size of its ribs (5) and the overall dimensions necessary for transportation.
