Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004008398A1] The invention relates to a method for adjusting a banknote processing machine, according to which threshold values of sensors are determined for the recognition of non-circulatable banknotes. The inventive method for adjusting a banknote processing machine, whereby threshold values of sensors are determined for the recognition of non-circulatable banknotes is characterized in that at least one circulatable banknote is selected, at least one non-circulatable banknote is selected, the selected banknotes are processed by means of a banknote processing machine, data of at least one sensor being saved, and that at least one threshold value for the at least one sensor are determined by evaluating the saved data of the at least one sensor.
