[origin: EP1524378A2] Building faade comprises a window (20) having a leaf frame (26) made from wood which is provided with a metal cover (30) on the outer side. The leaf frame is covered by a metal screen frame (24) fixed to a post or lock (18) when the window is closed. Preferred Features: A wood body of the leaf frame of the window reaches the post and/or lock. Seals (70) of different thicknesses are provided on the leaf frame to include glass panes (32) of different thicknesses.
