[origin: EP1524489A1] The device has an explosive relay sheet (6a) that is arranged between an ignition cap (3) and a detonation relay, where the cap initiates the sheet. A mobile plate (8) supporting an intermediary relay (9a) occupies two positions. The intermediary relay is arranged opposite to a hole in one position of the plate. The relay (9a) is arranged between the sheet and the denotation relay in the other plate position.
