[origin: WO2004014120A1] A shoulder-borne harvesting device (1) is provided with a container (9), comprising an inlet opening (20), for an incoming material, defined as nuts and a number of foreign bodies such as leaves, twigs and/or branches. The container (9) comprises an outlet opening (23), permanently connected to the content of the container (9), by means of which an exhaust of a carrier air flow for the removal of foreign bodies from the container is permitted. The outlet opening (23) is arranged at a separation from a floor (13) of the container (9).
