[origin: WO2004009308A2] The invention relates to a method for producing a composite block, in addition to a vibrating machine for vibrating and compacting materials that can be compacted, in particular from raw concrete that fills moulds to form concrete moulded parts, preferably earth-moist concrete. According to the invention, said vibrating machine consists of a machine base frame, a vibration generator and a vibrating table that is caused to vibrate by the vibration generator and onto which the mould for the concrete moulded parts can be placed. The machine is provided with means, which couple together the concrete mould and the vibrating table to reduce the noise level. The aim of the invention is to provide a favourable design for producing composite blocks and also to provide a vibrating machine, which at a constant or increased power has a significantly lower noise level and lower vibrational measurement that impact on the environment. The invention relates to a composite block, comprising a first block consisting of natural stone or a stone material that is similar to natural stone, whereby the block is bonded to a concrete core. According to the method, the block produced by the composite bond is placed in a concrete mould and a bonding substance and subsequently raw concrete, preferably earth-moist concrete are then applied to the block. The raw concrete is compacted in a vibrating machine, the latter consisting of a machine base frame, a vibration generator and a vibrating table that is caused to vibrate by the vibration generator and onto which the mould for the concrete moulded parts can be placed and having means, which couple together the concrete mould and the vibrating table to reduce the noise level. Said coupling means consist of a vacuum coupling, which draws together the vibrating table and the concrete mould by means of adherence during the vibrating process, using a vacuum.
