[origin: WO2004009419A1] The invention relates to a method for determining the flow conditions of a flowable medium in a 3-dimensional network system, comprising the following steps: the temperature of the flowable medium is measured within the 3-dimensional network system by means of at least one temperature sensor; the at least one temperature sensor is read out at predefined intervals; the test data of the at least one temperature sensor is evaluated by taking into account the current test values and/or the development of the test values over time so as to be able to draw conclusions regarding the flow conditions in the 3-dimensional network system.
