Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004013617A2] Disclosed are a method and a device for the differential spectrophotometry of non-clear media by means of spectro-temporal imaging in counting mode. In order to analyze a non-clear medium, said medium is illuminated by at least one light pulse, a spectral and temporal transmission image is obtained of the illuminated medium in counting mode, and the image and the derivatives thereof are processed in order to obtain information on the non-clear medium. The invention applies to the analysis of diffusing and absorbing media, e.g. milk.
